Fuji Hana Sushi Bar & Hibachi Steakhouse

In the mood for Dinner and a Show? Fuji Hana was an outstanding choice during my weekend getaway to New Orleans. The Lobster Tail, Steak and Shrimp was cooked to mouthwatering perfection. We were offered a cozy booth for our Hibachi Dinner show, our Chef was delightful. This location is also well-known for its fresh Sushi which will be on my list of picks next time I’m in town. Now, my Sipping and Tasting crew knows I must enjoy a great beverage with my meal. I chose a warm craft of Sake, it paired beautifully with the Shrimp and Lobster. Portions were generous and appealing. Our palettes were pleased. Fuji Hana receives a thumbs up from the Sipping and Tasting Crew. Enjoy!?
