INGREDIENTS

* 30 ml lime juice (https://www.hungryforever.com/ingredient/lime-juice/)
* 30 ml simple syrup (https://www.hungryforever.com/ingredient/simple-syrup/)
* 1 egg white (https://www.hungryforever.com/ingredient/egg-white/)
* 3 dashes Aromatic Bitters (https://www.hungryforever.com/ingredient/aromatic-bitters/)
* Orange Peel/lime wedge (https://www.hungryforever.com/ingredient/orange-peel-lime-wedge/) for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
Pour all the ingredients into a shaker and dry shake. Add Ice and wet shake vigorously. Then double strain into a rocks glass and garnish with orange peel/lime wedge.
